Our recipes create a lighter and fluffier cheesecake texture (resembling a rich mousse) as compared to some of the denser versions that traditional techniques and recipes produce.
Please do not expect the texture of a traditional cheesecake.

This cheesecake begins with a traditional graham cracker crust and is then topped with spiced pumpkin cheesecake batter. Don't let the word "plain" fool you though, this cheesecake is anything but boring as it is bursting with flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger. Forget the pumpkin pie, and reach for this rich, flavorful, and creamy cheesecake.
